Terms of service

UGCbox produces short-form user-generated content videos. Clients subscribe to a monthly plan or buy a one-off pack; we brief, match and manage independent creators who film and deliver the videos through the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use UGCbox.
• Clients typically pay first; the account is created afterwards with the email used at checkout, and the paid order attaches automatically.
• Creators apply, are reviewed by our team, and get studio access while their application is pending.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.

• Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled; one-off packs are single purchases and do not renew.
• All prices are charged in US dollars (USD).
• Purchasing-power-parity (PPP) discounts may apply automatically based on your country, are capped, and are applied at checkout.
• We may change pricing for future periods; your current period stays at the price you signed up for.

• You give us the details of each video in a brief, including any documents, scripts or product shots you upload.
• Creators submit videos for review; you may approve a video or request a revision within the revision allowance included in your plan.
• Our producers may QA submissions before they reach you.
• Delivery timelines depend on the plan and brief complexity; rush turnarounds are an add-on.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
• You can cancel a monthly plan any time from your dashboard billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and your remaining videos for the paid period stay available.
• Refunds follow our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Once a video is approved, the client owns the final delivered video for the uses included in the plan; extended paid-ads usage is available as an add-on.
• Creators grant UGCbox and the client the usage rights needed to deliver and use the approved videos, and confirm they hold the rights to all footage, music and material they submit.
• Creators keep ownership of their portfolio and may showcase approved work unless a client requests otherwise in the brief.
• You keep ownership of the briefs, documents and materials you upload; you grant us and the assigned creator a licence to use them solely to produce your videos.

• No unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or misleading content requests or uploads.
• No content that infringes someone else's rights, and no misrepresentation of products or claims in scripts.
• Creators must deliver original work filmed for the specific brief; no recycled or stock-purchased submissions presented as original.
• We may pause or terminate accounts that break these rules, and creators may have pending payouts withheld for videos that breach content rules.

• Creators confirm they are 18 or older and provide accurate identity and contact information.
• Fees per video are agreed at assignment; payouts are released after the client approves the video (or an admin approves it manually) and any QA period ends.
• Payouts are made using the payout method the creator supplies in their studio.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, UGCbox is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
